Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

4 tbsp melted butter

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried thyme

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a muffin tin or use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Prepare the Potatoes:

In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced potatoes with melted butter, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated.

Layer the Potato Stacks:

Arrange the potato slices in stacks and place each stack in a muffin tin cup or directly on the baking sheet.

Sprinkle a bit of Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese between the layers as you stack the potatoes.

Top each stack with a generous amount of cheese.

Bake the Potato Stacks:

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the tops are golden brown and crispy.

Garnish and Serve:

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Carefully remove the potato stacks from the muffin tin or baking sheet.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy your cheesy baked potato stacks!
